Welcome to the RRC Realtor Workshop (“Workshop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of tickets and participation in the event hosted by Gabriel and Kristina Zachary(The Zachary Team), KW Heritage, and affiliates.

By registering for the event, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Ticket Policy

• All ticket sales are final.

• No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the event organizers. If you can no longer attend and wish to give your ticket to another agent, please contact us in advance for authorization.

• Only the person whose name is on the registration list will be permitted entry unless a substitution has been officially approved.

2. Event Details

• The RRC Realtor Workshop will be held on August 18–19, 2025, in San Antonio, TX. Full location details will be emailed after registration.

• Event organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, speakers, and content as needed.

3. Workshop Materials

• Attendees may receive printed and/or digital materials. All content is for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission from the organizers.

4. Code of Conduct

• This is a professional event designed to foster growth, learning, and support. Attendees are expected to maintain respect and professionalism toward fellow agents, speakers, and event staff.

• Anyone behaving inappropriately or disruptively may be removed without a refund.

5. Photography & Media

• By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be photographed and/or recorded for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.

• You may be featured in photos, videos, or testimonials unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• The workshop is educational in nature. While we offer guidance and real-world strategies, individual results may vary, and no guarantees of success or income are made.

• By attending, you assume all responsibility for your own business decisions and outcomes.

• We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage related to your participation in the event.

7. Health & Safety

• If applicable, attendees agree to comply with any health guidelines or venue requirements in effect at the time of the event.
