    On a team, you typically earn a portion of the commission instead of the full amount. But you're also gaining access to leads, marketing, admin support, training, and systems, so you're trading a smaller cut for greater support and scalability

  • Your Brand May Not Always Be the Focus
    Team branding often takes the lead in marketing and client outreach. While this can boost visibility and credibility quickly, it may mean less focus on building your individual brand

  • Built-In Accountability Isn’t for Everyone
    Successful teams run on structure, clear expectations, and regular performance tracking. If you prefer complete autonomy and minimal oversight, the accountability that drives team success might feel more limiting than empowering
