Cancelation and down payment refund Policy for Services Not-Rendered:
We offer a full money-back guarantee on down payments for all bookings (shoots) if canceled 72 hours prior to the shoot date*.
Shoots canceled within 72 hours prior to the shoot date are not eligible for a refund and the client agrees to forfeit any payments made**
*We reserve the right to withhold service transaction fee which may not exceed $10 at anytime
*We reserve the right to withhold 25% of the downpayment if a one-on-one meeting was scheduled and conducted to compensate for travel and time loss
** Shoots can be rescheduled to any other time, however, the downpayment will remain forfeited
Refund Policy for Services Rendered:
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all services given*.
If you are not satisfied with the service which you have received from us, you can get your money back no questions asked!
You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 10 calendar days o receiving our service. After the 10-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a full refund.
After the 10- day period, partial refunds could be available on a base to base circumstances, however, it can't be guaranteed.
We encourage our clients to evaluate our services during the first week after their shoot has been completed to ensure it fits their needs and expectations and to decide whether they want to proceed with final images and payment or not.
*Down payments are excluded from the above policy and abide by the "down payment policy"
Refund and return policy for physical prints and merchandise (Products):
All prints and merchandise are provided by third parties. We do our best to select and offer our clients top of the market quality products, however, GK Photography and associates can't be held responsible or liable for the production, delivery, return or warranty of any physical product.
We offer full refunds policy for damaged prints and merchandise*
In case of dissatisfaction with quality or result, we can offer discount or partial refund case by case, however, such is not guaranteed. We expect the client to examine the products upon receipt and approve it. If we do not receive feedback within 48 hours concerning dissatisfaction with the merchandise, we will assume that the client has approved and is satisfied with the product and thus it will not be eligible for a refund, return, discount or any other compensation
*To qualify for the full refund in the case of damaged or defected products or prints, you have to return the product(s) within 10 calendar days of your purchase. The product(s) must be in the same condition that you receive it and not damaged further by you in any way. After we receive your item(s), our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
**Any merchandise that is not damaged or has any defects is not liable for refund or return. If the product damage or defect is caused by mishandling or usage conducted by you in any way, or you have initiated the return after the 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
